Devi Titus is among America 's most recognized Christian conference speakers and authors. She first came to the attention of women nationwide in 1978 when she founded and edited VIRTUE magazine, a successful Christian alternative to secular women's magazines. VIRTUE magazine raised a standard of excellence for women's lives for 22 years. For this work, Devi Titus was presented the Superior Performance Award by the Washington Press Women's Association.
Devi's life passion is ministering to women. In 2001, Devi Founded THE MENTORING MANSION. In a luxury home setting, eight women at a time spend four days with Devi and her team in a HOME MENTORING INTENSIVE. There they focus on creative home management and vital relationship skills. THE MENTORING MANSION is committed to "restore the dignity and sanctity of the home in women's values," says Devi.
In addition to THE MENTORING MANSION, Devi is an inspiring international conference speaker. She is able to draw from over 40 years of experience in the ministry. Whether the topics are Ten Smart Choices a Woman Can Make to Improve Her Life, Raising Spiritually Sensitive Children, The Table Principle, Yada—Intimacy with God, or Respect—A Powerful Position, Devi purposes to encourage women in every aspect of their personal and ministry lives. Devi's message to women is always relevant, often daring to say what others only think.
Devi created and published THE HOME EXPERIENCE book and the home-group curriculum. She is a contributing author of three books, HELP—I'M A PASTOR'S WIFE, and HOW TO LOVE YOUR HUSBAND, published by Creation House and FREE TO SOAR, published by Regal. She co-authored with her husband, Pastor Larry Titus, WHEN LEADERS LIVE TOGETHER, published by Living Smart Resources. A new 2009 release will be THE TABLE EXPERIENCE.
Devi Titus is a leader of leaders. She currently serves as President of the Global Pastor's Wives Network, founded by Vonette Bright of Campus Crusade for Christ.
Devi has partnered with her husband, Larry, to establish five churches. Her husband has retired from his senior pastor position and now devotes his life to men, ministers, and missions through their ministry organization, KINGDOM GLOBAL MINISTRIES and the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. They have two adult children, Trina Titus Lozano and Dr. Aaron P. Titus, and six grandchildren. However, Devi is a "mother" to many. Devi and Larry have had nearly 80 young men and women live in their home over their 45 years of marriage. Some were from prison or off the streets, while others just came to be disciples. "Follow me as I follow Christ" is the theme of their lives.
Whether Devi Titus speaks as a pastor's wife, Bible teacher, publisher, mother, designer, editor, writer, speaker, homemaker or grandmother, she will motivate women and men to move toward fulfillment and godliness.
